MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR ALL
SERVICE TO COMMUNITY
August 18, 2019
After graduating from Winnetonka High School in Kansas City, MO I joined the United States Air Force. Upon my release from the Air Force, I moved back to the Kansas City area and eventually to Olathe, KS in Johnson County where I have been a resident for 10 years. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Management from Park University followed by my Masters in Business, Finance from Baker University.
My career for over 13 years was as a Bank Compliance Auditor ultimately leading to a career as a Consultant for organizations going through change, whether that is financial, culture, or technology based changes.
My husband and I raised our son in the Olathe School District and he is now currently attending Kansas State University. He attended Johnson County Community College through the College Now Program.
My husband was in law enforcement with the Overland Park Police Department for 10 years before returning to school at Johnson County Community College to pursue a career in Nursing.
Education has and always will be a critical part of our lives and I will ensure that Johnson County Community College continues to be accessible and affordable to all.
Vote for me, Lori Bell, on November 5 and let's bring the community back to
Johnson County Community College.
